New Voices, a photo education program for high school students. August through December, 2009

Prairie collaborates with SCPA, Drop Inn Center and 3CDC to provide students with a unique opportunity to explore Washington Park and its surrounding neighborhoods in photography and writing. For more information check out the New Voices web site.

Past/Archive

Prairie Gallery collaborates with Happen, Inc., Visionaries and Voices, Churches Active in Northside (CAIN) and Northside Farmer's Market to give kids an opportunity to learn about their communities. Kids visit these partners to learn about the valuable services they provide and then create portfolios of photographs about their experience. Images will be shwon on the Kids View web site and at Prairie Gallery at the conclusion of the project. For more information, check out the Kid's View web site.

Kid's View: The Mill Creek Expedition for middle school students took place in the Spring of 2009. Work from this class will be on display at Prairie Gallery from September 4 through November 7, 2009.
