Channel 12’s Megan Moore reports on Prairie’s Fotofocus exhibit New American Stories which featured images and stories from 18 recently resettled refugees from the Greater Cincinnati community. New American Stories closed to the public on November 30. Thanks to all who participated and came to view the exhibit.

New Voices celebrates its 10th year of programming at SCPA with creative writing students collaborating with Tender Mercies residents to photrograph and discuss community issues.

New Voices: Lighthouse Community School, Fall, 2018

This fall, English students at Lighthouse Community School will produce videos on significant school, personal or community issues of their own choosing. Students will master the technical and other logistical issues involved with film production from start to finish.

New Voices: DePaul Cristo Rey High School and Joseph House, Fall, 2018

In the Fall of 2018, DePaul Cristo Rey High School English Honors students worked with residents of Joseph House on a collaborative artistic project. Students will incorporate their work with Joseph House residents into year long senior capstone projects which will be presented in written, video or mixed media format during the Spring of 2019.
